Dolly is a character exclusive to Alex Basics in Biology and Zoology. She is the principal of Alex's School.

Appearance

Dolly appears to be a living ragdoll with pale cloth-like skin, dark-brown hair, blue clothing, a knitted mouth, and two differently colored buttons for eyes. She always holds onto a black notebook.

Her voice is unique in that it will reach the player at the same volume regardless of how far the player is away from her. Dolly is described as being the principal of the school, hence why her behavior is based around enforcing rules and punishing students.

Personality

Dolly is mostly calm about her job, even while being affected by the Curse. While she is strict about her rules, she expresses that she is doing it for the *student's good, hoping she will learn from the experience. However, she has some trauma due to losing one of her close friends, as detailed in the section below, and in her spare time she sometimes looks out the window and thinks about this.

Backstory

Before the events of ABiBaZ, Dolly became friends with the original, human Alex after meeting him at a bus stop. Alex invited her to his apartment, which she described as "weird but decent looking". Some time later, Alex was killed by the demon which took his form, and likely trapped Dolly inside the school.

Abilities

• Enhanced Reflexes: If Dolly sees anybody breaking the school rules for even a fraction of a second, she will instantly become alert and begin to chase them.
• Enhanced Vision: Dolly can see anybody breaking the rules from an extremely long distance.
• Teleportation: Dolly is able to teleport herself, and anybody she catches, to the detention room.

Behavior

When Olivia gets an answer wrong in one of the first two notebooks, she will spawn somewhere in the school, patrolling around the building while ignoring the player and other characters. However, if the player breaks one of the school rules in her line of sight, she will yell at them and begin chasing after them at a speed faster than the player is able to run. Once the player is caught by her, she will teleport them to the detention room and lock her in for a certain amount of time. If the player gets sent to detention multiple times in a row, the detention timer will increase for each punishment given. It starts at 10 seconds, then increases to 15, 30, 60, and finally 666. At 666, the brown key becomes pretty much essential due to the timer being 11 minutes and 6 seconds, and the brown key can be used to escape the detention room while the timer is still going.

The following actions are considered against the rules by Dolly:

• Running for any amount of time.
• Eating food of any kind
• Using soda or bounce soda
• Escaping detention while the detention timer is still going down (this can be done with the brown key).

If the timer hits 666 seconds, she will remain stationary in place for a short time, before continuing movement again.

• Dolly decorates the school for Christmas, but Alex usually gets in the way by eating the decorations or getting tangled up in them.
